Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses - 29 CFR Part 1904.1.2

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 requires most private sector employers to prepare and maintain records of work related injuries and illnesses. These records include the OSHA Form No. 300, 300A Logs and Summary of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, and the OSHA Form No. 301, Supplementary Record of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, Incidence Report.
